Blueberry Pie - Urban Meadow®

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Mix ¾ cup sugar, cornstarch, salt, lemon juice and blueberries
- Place dough on a greased pie dish and pour berry mixture into the crust. Cut remaining pastry into ½ inch wide strips, and weave into a lattice
- Lightly brush the top of the pie crust with the egg/milk mixture and sprinkle the top with remaining sugar
- Bake for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy!

- 4 teaspoons ea active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon, separated Urban Meadow® Granulated Sugar
- 3 tablespoons ea cornstarch
- 1/4 tablespoon ea Urban Meadow® Iodized Salt
- 1 tablespoon ea lemon juice
- 4 cups ea fresh blueberries
- 1 package ea refrigerated pie crust
- 1 ea large egg (beaten with 1 tablespoon milk)
