Dulce de Leche Ice Cream Pie with Pretzel Crust - Häagen-Dazs®

Directions

  1. Wash hands with running water
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F
  3. Combine finely crushed pretzels, brown sugar, and melted butter together. Set aside 3 tablespoons for pie topping
  4. Firmly press remaining mixture on bottom and up sides of a 9 pie plate
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes before filling
  6. While the crust is cooling, lightly thaw Häagen-Dazs® Dulce de Leche ice cream for approximatley 10 minutes
  7. When crust is cool, spread bottom with Häagen-Dazs® Dulce de Leche ice cream
  8. Sprinkle edge of ice cream with remaining crushed pretzel mixture and transfer to the freezer for 1.5 hours to harden

  • 2 cartons ea Häagen-Dazs® Dulce de Leche or Caramel Cone Ice Cream
  • 1 1/4 cups ea Urban Meadow® pretzels finely crushed (no larger than 1/4 inch)
  • 2 tbsp ea Urban Meadow® dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ea Urban Meadow® melted butter
