Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F
- In a bowl, combine the sliced pears, chopped walnuts, sugar, ground cinnamon, and lemon zest. Toss until well combined
- Place the pie crust dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet
- Arrange the pear and walnut filling in the center of the dough, carefully layering the pears and leaving a border around the edges
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, creating a rustic, free-form shape
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown, and the pears are tender
- Remove the galette from the oven and drizzle honey over the top for a touch of sweetness
- Allow the galette to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm, and optionally, you can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat
