Pecan Pie – Urban Meadow

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F
- Carefully transfer the prepared pie crust dough to a 9-inch pie pan. Trim any excess dough hanging over the edges and crimp the edges as desired
- In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined
- Pour the pecan filling into the prepared pie crust
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown. If the edges of the crust are browning too quickly, you can cover them with foil
- Allow the pecan pie to cool completely before slicing
- Serve the pecan pie on its own or with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream
