Buffalo Cauliflower - Urban Meadow®

Directions
- Grease the air fryer with the vegetable oil and preheat to 400°F
- In a large bowl, combine flour, seltzer water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and whisk until batter is smooth. Add cauliflower florets to batter and toss to coat evenly
- Place cauliflower into air fryer, and cook for 10-15 minutes, tossing occasionally
- In a small bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, and lemon juice until combined. Remove cauliflower from the fryer and mix with the sauce
- Return to the air fryer and cook until browned, about 5-10 minutes
- Serve immediately with ranch dressing, celery, and carrots

- 2 (16 oz) bags ea Urban Meadow® cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup ea Urban Meadow® hot sauce
- 2 tbsp ea Urban Meadow® butter, melted
- 1 tsp ea Urban Meadow® lemon juice
- to taste ea Urban Meadow® ranch dressing
- to taste ea Urban Meadow® salt & pepper
- optional ea Carrots & celery, cut into sticks
