Directions

  1. Melt chocolate chips and butter in the microwave, stirring until smooth; cool. Whip eggs and sugar 2 min, then stir in vanilla and chocolate. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; mix, then fold in remaining chips. Chill 1 hr or overnight
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll chilled dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets
  3. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely

  • 2 tbsp ea unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 Tsp ea Urban Meadow® salt
  • 1 cup ea Urban Meadow® semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 Tsp ea baking powder
