Directions

  1. Add the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract to your stand mixer and whip to stiff peaks
  2. Mix the berries with the two tablespoons of sugar and let sit forʦive minutes
  3. In your individual portioned cups, layer the pound cake, then berries
  4. Make a second layer of the pound cake, then end with a large mountain of berries
  5. Refrigerate for one hour before serving
