Ghoul-icious Green Deviled Eggs – Urban Meadow

Directions
- Place eggs in a pot, adding water to cover by one inch. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once water is boiling, reduce to a low flame and simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove eggs and place immediately into an ice bath
- Peel, and then cut the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, avocado, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites
- For spiders, slice black olives into rounds for bodies. Place one on each deviled egg yolk. Cut olives lengthwise for legs and arrange three slices per side. Top remaining eggs with everything bagel seasoning
- Arrange your ghoul-icious deviled eggs on a platter and serve them at your next spooky gathering

- 1 ea ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp ea mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ea Dijon mustard
- to taste ea Urban Meadow salt and pepper
- 1 ea jar of Urban Meadow black olives, whole and sliced, for spiders
- for garnish ea paprika
- for garnish ea Everything bagel seasoning
