Directions
- Start by adding the spinach, avocado, banana, pineapple, chia seeds, and almond milk to a blender. Add maple syrup if you would like it sweeter
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more maple syrup, almond milk or ice
- Pour your smoothie into a glass and serve immediately

- 1 cup ea fresh spinach leaves
- 2-Jan ea ripe avocado
- 1 ea ripe banana
- 1 cup ea Urban Meadow frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp ea chia seeds
- 1 cup ea almond milk (or your choice of milk)
- Handful of ea ice
- Urban Meadow maple syrup ea for sweetness
