Sausage French Toast Roll Ups - Urban Meadow

Directions
- Roll each slice of bread flat with a rolling pin and cut off the crusts. Place a sausage link at the edge of a slice of bread and roll it up. Repeat for each sausage link and bread slice
- Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar, flour and vanilla. Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, then pan-fry in buttered skillet over medium-high heat until all sides are golden brown. Drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy!

- 10 ea slices Urban Meadow white bread
- 10 ea breakfast sausage links, cooked
- 3 ea Urban Meadow large eggs
- 1/2 cup ea milk
- 1/2 tsp ea cinnamon
- 3 tbsp ea Urban Meadow sugar
- 1/2 tsp ea vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp ea all-purpose flour
- Urban Meadow unsalted butter, ea as needed
- Urban Meadow maple syrup, ea for serving
