Directions
- Beat together cream cheese, white sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in the mashed strawberries until well combined
- Beat heavy cream and powdered sugar in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until evenly mixed. Fold in the fresh sliced strawberries
- Spoon strawberry mixture into graham cracker crust. Place in refrigerator to chill for 3 hours. Top with extra sliced strawberries, optional. Serve and enjoy as a dessert or a snack!
