Directions

  1. Slice 5–7 strawberries and set aside for decorating. Dice the remaining strawberries and bananas, reserving 5 banana slices for decoration. In a medium bowl, combine the diced bananas and strawberries
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thickened. Gradually mix in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth
  3. In a separate bowl, use a handheld mixer to whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully incorporated
  5. In a 9 x 14-inch baking dish, layer vanilla wafers, the banana-strawberry mixture, and the pudding mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with a layer of pudding on top
  6. To decorate, arrange blueberries in a square in the upper-left corner. Cut the reserved banana slices into star shapes and place over the blueberries. Create flag stripes by alternating rows of the reserved sliced strawberries and vanilla wafers
  7. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!

  • 1 ea (14 oz) can Urban Meadow® sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ea bunch bananas
  • 1 ea (5 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tbsp ea vanilla extract
  • 1 ea (16 oz) package vanilla wafers
  • 1 pint ea Urban Meadow® heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup ea Urban Meadow® organic powdered sugar
  • 1 ea dry pint container strawberries
  • 1 ea handful of blueberries
