Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Pour chocolate chips in an even layer onto a cast iron skillet (enough to coat the bottom)
  3. Place in the oven for about 3-5 minutes, or until chocolate chips have melted
  4. Spread chocolate evenly & top with mini marshmallows
  5. Return skillet to oven for another 5-7 minutes, or until marshmallows are toasted to your liking
  6. Serve with graham crackers (or fruit, like strawberries!) & enjoy!

  • 1 cup Urban Meadow® mini marshmallows
