Directions
- For marinade, mix oil, garlic, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Coat shrimp and chill 20 min. Mix sour cream, mayo, lime juice, chipotle, and garlic powder. Sauté shrimp 4 min, then serve in tortillas with toppings

- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled, deveined, and tails removed)
- 1 tablespoon Urban Meadow® Vegetable Oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lime juice, divided
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- A sprinkle of cayenne pepper (optional, to taste)
- A sprinkle of salt & pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cabbage, avocados, cilantro, red onions, mango, lime wedges
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Urban Meadow® Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon chipotle-chili powder
