Directions
- For marinade, mix oil, garlic, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Coat shrimp and chill 20 min. Mix sour cream, mayo, lime juice, chipotle, and garlic powder. Sauté shrimp 4 min, then serve in tortillas with toppings

- 1 pound ea large shrimp (peeled, deveined, and tails removed)
- 1 tablespoon ea Urban Meadow® Vegetable Oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons ea lime juice, divided
- 2 ea garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons ea chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ea ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ea ground paprika
- A sprinkle of ea cayenne pepper (optional, to taste)
- A sprinkle of ea salt & pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: ea shredded cabbage, avocados, cilantro, red onions, mango, lime wedges
- 1/2 cup ea sour cream
- 3 tablespoons ea Urban Meadow® Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon ea garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon ea chipotle-chili powder
