Easy Refried Beans - Urban Meadow®

Directions
- Warm vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook whole garlic cloves in oil, until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes
- Once softened, mash garlic in skillet with a fork. Stir in drained & rinsed pinto beans, cumin, chipotle chili powder, salt & pepper into garlic and cook until beans are thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Smash bean mixture with a fork or potato masher to desired texture
- Squeeze lime juice over smashed beans and stir until combined
