Directions

  1. Mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil in a small bowl until sauce is well combined
  2. Boil water in a large pot. Add udon noodles and cook 5 min. Add shrimp; cook 3 min until pink. Turn off heat, stir in broccoli, cover, and let sit 2–3 min
  3. Drain noodle mixture and transfer to a large serving bowl. Mix sauce in, covering the noodles evenly. Sprinkle peanuts and serve

  • 1/4 cup ea peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp ea Urban Meadow®- Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp ea Chinese black vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ea Urban Meadow® - White Sugar
  • 1 tbsp ea sesame oil
  • 10 oz ea Japanese udon noodles
  • 20 ea uncooked large shrimp - peeled, deveined, tails left intact
  • 1 cup ea Urban Meadow® - Broccoli Florets
  • 1/4 cup ea Urban Meadow® - roasted peanuts, chopped (optional)
