Natural Vanilla Carlota - Breyers

Directions
- Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper
- Carefully place 14 cookies around the wall of the pan and 14 cookies on the bottom of the pan
- Melt Breyers Natural Vanilla in a pot over a low flame until melted. Mix in ½ teaspoon lime zest
- Pour in 1 cup Breyers Natural Vanilla over the cookies on the bottom of the pan
- Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm for a moment
- Layer 12 more cookies in then pour 1 cup of Breyers Natural Vanilla over cookies
- Continue alternating between a layer of 12 cookies and 1 cup of Breyers Natural Vanilla until done. Ending with Breyers as the top layer
- Place pan back in the freezer overnight
- Remove from freezer and top with lime slices, and ½ teaspoon lime zest
- Slowly detach springform pan from Carlota
- Cut and serve immediately
