Directions

  1. Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper
  2. Carefully place 14 cookies around the wall of the pan and 14 cookies on the bottom of the pan
  3. Melt Breyers Natural Vanilla in a pot over a low flame until melted. Mix in ½ teaspoon lime zest
  4. Pour in 1 cup Breyers Natural Vanilla over the cookies on the bottom of the pan
  5. Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm for a moment
  6. Layer 12 more cookies in then pour 1 cup of Breyers Natural Vanilla over cookies
  7. Continue alternating between a layer of 12 cookies and 1 cup of Breyers Natural Vanilla until done. Ending with Breyers as the top layer
  8. Place pan back in the freezer overnight
  9. Remove from freezer and top with lime slices, and ½ teaspoon lime zest
  10. Slowly detach springform pan from Carlota
  11. Cut and serve immediately
