- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Urban Meadow® olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Urban Meadow® salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Urban Meadow® black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne
- Chopped crushed red pepper flakes
- For garnish: fresh parsley leaves or dill
