  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add onion and cook until translucent

  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Urban Meadow® olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Urban Meadow® salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Urban Meadow® black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne
  • Chopped crushed red pepper flakes
  • For garnish: fresh parsley leaves or dill
