Directions

  1. Combine veal, pork, and beef in a bowl. Mix in eggs, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper
  2. Add in the bread crumbs and slowly mix in water until mixture is moist but still holds its shape. Shape the meatballs
  3. Heat up olive oil in a large skillet; add in the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and slightly crisp, roughly about 10-15 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to drain

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 lb Ground veal
  • 1/2 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup Urban Meadow grated Romano cheese
  • 2 Urban Meadow eggs
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
  • to taste Urban Meadow salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 cups stale Italian bread, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1 cup Urban Meadow olive oil
