In a small bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the teriyaki sauce
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the teriyaki sauce over them. Allow the salmon to marinate for 15-30 minutes
While the salmon is marinating, prepare your rice according to the package instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add marinated salmon, skin side down, and cook 3–4 min per side or until desired doneness. Baste with teriyaki sauce while cooking
Divide the cooked rice between two bowls. Top each bowl with fresh spinach leaves, avocado slices, and the teriyaki salmon fillets
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired
