Directions

  1. Spoon yogurt into the slots of an ice cube tray and freeze until solid, about 4 hours
  2. Divide yogurt cubes, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and spinach evenly between 6 sandwich-sized bags. Yogurt cubes can be kept frozen for up to 8 months
  3. Add 1 smoothie pack and desired amount of milk to the blender. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth and reaches desired consistency, about 1 minute. Serve and enjoy
