Directions
- Drain the mozzarella balls if they are in water or oil
- Cut the prosciutto into strips that are long enough to wrap around the mozzarella balls
- Ensure the Manzanilla olives are well-drained
- Wrap each mozzarella ball in a strip of prosciutto, leaving the flattest side exposed and facing upwards
- Slice off the round tops (the end with the most pimiento showing) from the olives
- Place the olive tops, pimiento side up, onto the flattened side of the mozzarella-wrapped prosciutto, creating an eyeball effect

- 1 ea container of fresh mozzarella balls
- 4 oz ea Prosciutto slices, cut into strips
- 1 ea jar of stuffed Manzanilla olives, with pimientos
