Directions

  1. Drain the mozzarella balls if they are in water or oil
  2. Cut the prosciutto into strips that are long enough to wrap around the mozzarella balls
  3. Ensure the Manzanilla olives are well-drained
  4. Wrap each mozzarella ball in a strip of prosciutto, leaving the flattest side exposed and facing upwards
  5. Slice off the round tops (the end with the most pimiento showing) from the olives
  6. Place the olive tops, pimiento side up, onto the flattened side of the mozzarella-wrapped prosciutto, creating an eyeball effect

  • 1 ea container of fresh mozzarella balls
  • 4 oz ea Prosciutto slices, cut into strips
  • 1 ea jar of stuffed Manzanilla olives, with pimientos
