Double Chocolate Walnut Brownies – Urban Meadow

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Once melted, slowly combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Careful not overmix
- Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped walnuts (or your preferred nuts) into the brownie batter
- Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs
- Allow the brownies to cool, then cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
