Apple Rose Tarts- Urban Meadow

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400F
- Thinly slice the apples and place into a bowl of water and squeezed lemons, microwave for 30sec intervals until softened
- In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar
- Roll out the puff pastry, cut into strips, brush with melted butter and top with cinnamon sugar blend, and layer the apple slices along the edge
- Gently fold the botton half of dough over the apple slices and roll dough into a rose shape
- Place puff pastry roses into a greased muffin tin
- Bake until golden, serve warm or at room temperature. Dust with powdered sugar before serving

- 2 tbsp ea ground cinnamon
- 1 (17.25 oz) box ea frozen puff pastry dough, thawed
- 1/2 stick ea Urban Meadow unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp ea Urban Meadow powdered sugar
